As highly sensitives and empaths, grounding is a non-negotiable MUST.
That’s simply the way it is.
So, take a moment to check in with yourself…
Are you connected to your physical body?
Are you in the NOW present moment?
Are you at peace?
In the subtle energy space, we often hear the term “grounding.”
While it is simple in concept, it takes discipline and practice
to anchor it into your life as a solid way of being.
Grounding means that you are consciously connected to the physical container of your body and to the earth. It is an awareness of how your physicality is intertwined with your ability to interpret, discern, integrate or release the vast amounts of input you receive on a daily basis.
If you are not tethered to your body and to the earth,
you run the risk of being overly influenced by whatever
energies may be present at any given time.
Grounding is one of the greatest tools we have to help balance
our interpersonal, environmental, and spiritual connections.
