When you embody confidence, you no longer waster time or energy wondering if you are ready. You simply show up KNOWING you are worthy and capable.

Welcome to Video #3 of the More Joy Less Stress series for Sensitive Souls. Today’s remedy has really helped my clients who are highly qualified yet still struggle with feeling inadequate (aka imposter syndrome!). This can show up as procrastination or even perfectionism.

To discover the main indications and benefits of Larch, watch today’s video below:

        Hi Clare,

Thank you for your question, as it’s one that many ask. And yes, the holidays are a great time to use the remedies! You absolutely can take more than one remedy at a time. The standard in the Bach system is between 2-7 in a blend. Hope that helps. Here’s the link to my Flower FAQ’s page: https://www.healinginbloom.com/custom-flower-essences. I hope you had a Merry Christmas and all the best to you in 2019!

        Blessings,
        Karyn
